Visit, sell, measure
Vendors register visits and sales from their phone. You see the results on the dashboard.
In the field
A store visit takes seconds, not paperwork
Your vendor opens the store, taps Register visit, adds what they sold and saves. Webenfy handles the totals, the stock and the records.
- Mark the visit as completed, no sale or skipped — with notes.
- Check-in latitude and longitude are saved with every visit.
- Stock is validated before saving, so you never sell what you don't have.
- The sale, its items and the inventory update are saved together, all or nothing.

FAQ

Something else on your mind? Sign up and look around — setting up a company takes about a minute.
Who is Webenfy for?
Distributors, wholesalers and brands that sell to stores through vendors on the road — anyone who needs to know which stores were visited, what was sold and what is left in stock.
What is the difference between direct sale and consignment?
Each store has an agreement type. Direct sale (wholesale) means the store buys the product outright; consignment means you leave product with the store and settle later. The dashboard shows how many stores you have of each.
Do my vendors need a special device?
No. Webenfy runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. When a vendor registers a visit, the phone's location is attached as the check-in point.
What happens to inventory when a sale is recorded?
Webenfy checks there is enough stock, saves the sale with its items at the current price, subtracts the quantities from inventory and logs the movement — all in a single transaction.
Can I see my stores on a map?
Yes. Stores with coordinates appear on an interactive map, and you can switch between the list and the map view at any time.
Is the app available in Spanish?
Yes. Every screen is available in Spanish and English, and each user can switch language whenever they want.
